Manindra Pandey is the Managing Partner of JuristechLegal & Partners and leads the firm’s litigation, regulatory, arbitration, and dispute resolution practice. He has extensive experience across constitutional litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and international trade-related conflicts.
He regularly advises and represents corporate clients, public sector entities, financial institutions, and statutory bodies before the Bombay High Court, other High Courts, and specialised tribunals. His work involves matters requiring coordinated litigation strategy, regulatory assessment, and commercial risk management.
Manindra Pandey serves as Standing Counsel for the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) before the Bombay High Court and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He also acts as Standing Counsel for MTNL, representing the organisation in regulatory and commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court and allied forums.
His practice includes advising Indian and international clients on cross-border disputes, international trade enforcement, arbitration strategy, and regulatory exposure arising from global commercial arrangements. He is known for his structured litigation approach, clarity of advice, and ability to handle sensitive, high-stakes disputes.
